FLOWSHIZZ PRO / POMODORO BLOCK

Focus properly.
Break properly.

A Pomodoro timer you can ignore is just another clock. FlowShizz actually blocks the distractions — and actually ends the break.

Your chosen apps and websites stay blocked through every focus stretch, unlock during breaks, then lock again when it is time to crack on.

What is Pomodoro Block?

Pomodoro Block combines the Pomodoro technique with a real app and website blocker. Pick the distractions you want gone, start the session, and FlowShizz enforces both sides of it.

Focus means focus. Break means break. Neither drifts on because you forgot the timer or decided to watch one more thing.

Why enforced beats honour-system

A normal Pomodoro timer asks you to stop scrolling when work begins and return when the break finishes. That is exactly when willpower is least useful.

FlowShizz removes the choice. Your selected distractions block during each focus stretch. They unlock for the break, then the break ends whether you like it or not.

How a session works

1/425 MIN2/425 MIN3/425 MIN4/425 MIN

One cycle contains four 25-minute focus stretches, with short breaks between them and a long break between cycles.

A session always finishes on a work stretch. You never end by wandering into an open-ended break.

Alarms that cut through

Transitions are announced by real system alarms using Apple's AlarmKit. They chime through Silent and Focus modes, so the next stretch does not quietly pass you by.

A live countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows the time remaining and which stretch you are on — 2/4, for example.

Works with the rest of FlowShizz

Pomodoro Block sits alongside Quick Block, Schedules & Presets, and Mac + iPhone sync. Use the method that fits the work in front of you.

The latest releases also bring a refreshed home screen to both apps and more reliable schedule and preset sync between Mac and iPhone.
